Two pet dogs mowed down by a speeding car, pet owner complains to police

Following this, Austin lodged a complaint with the Rathinapuri police station. The police had registered a case under Section 429 of IPC against Prabhu, a resident of Rathinapuri area, who was driving the car on the car and are investigating.

According to legal sources, cases under this section may attract a jail term of up to 5 years and a fine.

Austin's family members are deeply saddened by the death of two pet dogs in the accident.
