Coimbatore: Congress cadres staged a protest in Valparai against the jail term awarded to Rahul Gandhi.

During the 2019 Lok Sabha election campaign, Congress president Rahul Gandhi addressed a public meeting in Kolar district of Karnataka.
Nirav Modi, Lalit Modi, Narendra Modi and all the thieves have the name 'Modi' in common. It was alleged that Rahul Gandhi had made derogatory remarks against the entire Modi community.
Bjp MLA Purnesh Modi has filed a petition in the Surat court seeking action against Rahul Gandhi in connection with the case. The court sentenced Rahul Gandhi to two years in jail. Following this, Rahul Gandhi was disqualified from the post of MP.
