A large number of police personnel participated in the yoga practice conducted by the Tirupur city police. Yoga and breathing exercises were also given to boost mental strength.
Tirupur: Police personnel who can serve in the police force are facing different kinds of hardships every day.
Tamil Nadu Director of Law and Order Sankar has urged the police personnel to practice yoga to inculcate proper exercise and mental strength.

Subsequently, on the orders of City Police Commissioner Praveen Kumar Abhinav, with the objective of inculcating morale in the police personnel who can serve in the Tirupur City Police Department, under the leadership of Anil Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kongu Nagar area, yoga training was imparted to the police personnel at Nanjappa Government Boys Higher Secondary School near the railway station.

In this, yoga and breathing exercises were given to boost mental strength.

Police personnel from North Police Station, 15 Velampalayam Police Station and North Women's Police Station were present on the occasion.
