Former Minister SP Velumani inaugurated a water pandal set up by the AIADMK at Kuniyamuthur in Coimbatore.

He later told reporters:

On the occasion of ambedkar's birth anniversary, tributes were paid to his photograph. Similarly, neer more pandhals have been opened at various places in accordance with edappadi's order.

In the last two years of the DMK rule, no work has been done. Projects like the Athikadavu-Avinashi project, bridges, roads, etc., are all going on at a slow pace.

No new project has been brought to Coimbatore. Projects should be implemented without neglecting Coimbatore district. In the DMK regime, corruption is taking place everywhere. We don't have to say this.

In Coimbatore, they take a bribe of Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 to collect a load of soil. There is bribery in all offices including corporation and taluk office. The DMK is looting everywhere.

The leader of the opposition in the assembly brings up various issues for the people. They don't all appear outside. The Media is upholding the DMK. The DMK will fall if the media abandons it.

"As far as IPL matches are concerned, we have heard that 300-400 tickets have been given to legislators on the cricket board. The question was asked because it would be right to ask this question at that time.

It was asked for all legislators. They responded from the sports department. After that, a lot of legislators got an opportunity and they went and watched the competition.”
