Wild elephant enters garden near Pannimadai and damages cattle feed - CCTV footage reveals

A lone wild elephant entered the garden of Ganesan in Varapalayam section near Pannimadai last night. CCTV footage of the room being broken open and the cow's feed consumed inside and damaged, has gone viral.



Coimbatore: CCTV footage of a single elephant entering an agricultural estate in Varapalayam near Pannimadai and breaking open the door of a room and damaging it has gone viral on social media.

Wild elephants live in large numbers in the Anaikatti hills of Coimbatore. From time to time, they come to the foothills like Mangarai, Thadagam, Veerapandi, Nanjundapuram, Varapalayam, Pannimadai and other areas in search of food.



In this situation, a single wild elephant, which had come to Varapalayam pirivu near Pannimadai last night, entered the garden of One Ganesan.



At that time, they broke open the door of the house in the garden and ate the cattle feed inside and damaged it.



All this was captured in the CCTV camera installed there. Those scenes have now been released.
