Yoga training for Coimbatore City Armed Forces Police

The armed forces police received yoga instruction on the direction of Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Balakrishnan. At the PRS Ground event, more than 100 armed police officers joined and took part in yoga exercises.



Coimbatore: The Coimbatore City Armed Forces Constables' weekly parade programmes are held at the PRS Ground.



In it they are given exercises, etc.



Yoga classes were given to the armed forces police on the directions of Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Balakrishnan.



More than 100 armed police officers took part in the event, which was held at the PRS Ground, and performed yoga. 



Various yoga practices including breathing exercises were offered. 



It was presented by Assistant Commissioner of Armed Forces Sekhar.



Yoga instruction will be provided to armed forces personnel on a weekly basis in the following days.
