The Coimbatore district administration has made arrangements to provide adequate relief to the families of the victims who tragically died in the collapse of a college compound wall. Through the collaboration of the contractor, insurance company, and construction workers' welfare board, these families will be ensured financial security during this difficult time.
Coimbatore: Five persons from outside the state were killed after a compound wall collapsed at the back of a college hostel in Coimbatore, while the bodies of five people were sent for post-mortem.

The body was handed over to relatives this evening.
The Coimbatore district administration said in a press report that arrangements have been made to transport the deceased to Bangalore airport in an ambulance and then to Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal via air.
