Governor R N Ravi was the chief guest at the Neyveyal ceremony organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Sannyasis Association in Coimbatore. He said that by 2047, India will be a strong and fully developed nation and we need to create a mindset of looking at rivers not only as a resource but also as a mother.
Coimbatore: The connection with water bodies in our country is associated with emotions. But that feeling was cut off by the invasion and occupation of strangers who came with the intention of destroying our culture and vitality for many years, governor R N Ravi said.
Governor R N Ravi was the chief guest at the Noyyal ceremony organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Sannyasis Association at Perur in Coimbatore. Speaking on the occasion, he began his speech in Tamil by saying, "Thennaadudaiya Sivane Potri, Ennaattavarukkum Iraivaa Potri".
It feels blessed to be a part of the event in which the sannyasis have participated and the Akhil Bharatiya Sannyasis Association has taken up the initiative to create awareness about the rescue of the Noyyal river.
He said the event was highly commendable. He said that the connection with water bodies in our country is related to emotions. He pointed out that that feeling was cut off by the invasion and occupation of strangers who came with the intention of destroying vitality, and to the question of what Bharat was, he pointed out that who we are, with the culture of the first called river, is being told through the rivers.
We must respect the fact that man is one of the many creations and the other creation of God. He said that we (human beings) should realise that we (human beings) are an object in the created family and that it was the priests and sannyasis who kept alive the connection of sanatanism in the invasion. Now western culture is punishing us from that connection," he said.
Such an event is necessary at a time when The Mother is ruining the earth. He said that water should be seen as mother and pray as it is the result of mother's destruction of nature and that climate change is the cause of climate change and if there is no water there is nothing.
Through the G20 Summit, the Prime Minister has been conveying the concept of all-family to our country and the world. Thousands of years ago, the rishis said that in many ways contact with all living beings on earth was manifested. "Since everyone lives as a family, if one has a problem, it affects others," he said, adding that since we have a lot of responsibility in our Bharat. Even after the invasion of foreigners, as soon as they left us, even though factories and the economy grew in the country, He said that life with India has been cut off and they have created a division among us on caste, religion, Aryan and Dravidian and it is the duty of each one of us to strengthen our country.
Raja said that it is not our Bharat that acts as a queen and since we are the ones who live as a family in terms of society, we are in a position to rescue that community.
It is said that our country was created by the people of this country, the government did not create it, and questions are being raised about the need to go to the moon. But in the midst of the countries that have been ruled and controlled by military power in 100 years and have said that nuclear weapons should not be made, India has grown up and realized that the moon does not belong to them. "But some countries want to own it, but now India has been able to achieve it and we have succeeded on the basis of belonging to all and have shown our strength," he said.
He gave the example of what we shared without thinking that some countries thought they should earn through the covid vaccine. "We are travelling with renewed strength, determination and clarity for the good of the world and by 2047 India will be a fully strong and developed country. He said that the light of rishis is what the world needs right now, as this Bharat will impart knowledge by the rishis and kurus without any expectations and without the intention of empowering them.
We need to raise the society of India as a family and make them realise who we are. He concluded his speech by saying that since conservation of water bodies is necessary for this, he wished the success of this event and said that the mindset of looking at the rivers not only as a resource but also as a mother should be created. Perur Adheenam Marudasala Adigalar, Siravai Adheenam Kumaragurupara Adigalar and others participated in the event.
