Collaborative Leap: PCET Partners with TAARK Equipment for Agricultural and EV Innovations

Park College of Engineering and Technology joins hands with TAARK Equipment Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore, in a groundbreaking collaboration for advancing agricultural technology and electric vehicle production, fostering innovation and academic-industry synergy.


Coimbatore: In a significant step toward advancing agricultural technology and electric vehicle (EV) production, Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET) inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TAARK Equipment Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore. The agreement focuses on collaborative research and production guidance in the fields of farming equipment and electric vehicles.



The momentous occasion unfolded at the college premises, where the Department of Agriculture Engineering and Department of Geo-informatics jointly organized the inauguration of their department association and the signing of the MoU with TAARK Equipment Pvt Ltd.

Dr. Lakshmanan, the Principal of PCET, extended a warm welcome to the attendees and shed light on the immense potential of the departments involved and the mutual benefits of the MoU. During the event, Dr. Anusha Ravi, CEO of PARK Group of Institutions, inaugurated the function. In her address, she paid tribute to Dr. Mylsamy Annadurai, renowned as the moon man of India, who inaugurated the first association of Agriculture Engineering in 2020. Dr. Ravi urged the students of Agriculture Engineering to address the challenges in farming and work towards ensuring a healthy life for all living beings.



Sharing an insightful conversation with the Ambassador of Panama to India, Her Excellency Yasiel Burillo, Dr. Anusha stressed the importance of protecting trees in the country. She commended both departments for their efforts in engaging corporate entities to enhance students' knowledge.

The MoU was formally signed by Krishna Prasad, Manager of TAARK Equipment Pvt Ltd, who expressed gratitude for the department's commitment to educating students in the fields of agriculture equipment. He assured continuous support from their end.
