Theft in Ondipudur area, 18 sovereign of gold missing

A theft incident in a closely knitted residential area in Pattanam Pudur, Ondipudur has panicked the residents of that area. 

Seethapathy, a resident of Surabhi Gardens, Ondipudur was away from home for the past two days to attend a family function is Salem. When Seethapathy was back yesterday, he was appalled to find his door locks broken. He also learnt that gold jewelry worth 18 sovereign had gone missing from cupboard.

A complaint has been registered at the Sulur police station regarding the theft incident.
