Public Health Workers Protest in Pollachi for Permanent Job Positions

Coimbatore: Public health workers, who have been serving for over 33 years in Tamil Nadu, gathered in Pollachi to demand permanent job positions and other rights. The protest, organized by the Public Health Workers Association in front of the North Union Office in Pollachi, was led by state organization secretary Rathnasamy.





The demonstrators emphasized the need for fulfilling election promises made by DMK, including job appointments, regular pay, job transfers, and consistent salary at a single location.

The protest drew a large number of public health workers, voicing their demands and raising slogans to assert their rights. This demonstration is part of a state-wide movement by public health workers to secure their job stability and rights.
