Coimbatore: In a significant move to honor the legacy of the revered Tamil scholar Kalaignar, Minister S. Muthusamy conducted a site inspection yesterday in Kaniyur, Coimbatore South District, located along the National Highway. The site is proposed for erecting a statue and establishing a library in memory of Kalaignar. The inspection was attended by the DMK Coimbatore South District Secretary Thalapathy Murugesan and other DMK administrators.
