The situation escalated on January 13, when the man, identified as Sadhik (28), also from Coimbatore, confronted the woman at her workplace. He questioned her for not responding to his messages, leading to a dispute. Following this confrontation, the woman approached the Ukkadam Police Station to file a complaint.
