Additional Stop for Coimbatore-Bangalore Uday Express on Trial Basis

The Railway Department announced today (March 8) that the Coimbatore-Bangalore-Coimbatore Uday Express will make an additional stop at Tirupattur station from March 10, 2024, on a trial basis.


Coimbatore: In a significant update for passengers, the Coimbatore-Bangalore Uday Express will now include an additional stop at Tirupattur station, starting March 10, 2024. This decision comes as part of a trial to assess the feasibility of this new stop on its regular journey between Coimbatore and Bangalore.

The Railway Department's recent announcement states that the Uday Express departing from Coimbatore will halt at Tirupattur station at 9:39 AM, while the train originating from Bangalore is scheduled to stop there at 4:34 PM. This move aims to provide more convenience to passengers and improve the connectivity between these cities.
