Coimbatore: The flying squads in Mettupalayam Taluk have ramped up their vehicle inspections, leading to significant seizures on March 24. During one such check in the Sirumugai Ganesapuram area, Rs. 73,650 was seized from a vehicle lacking necessary documents. Another inspection near Black Thunder on the Ooty Road resulted in the seizure of Rs. 51,000 under similar circumstances.
