Last night, as rain poured over Selvapuram in Coimbatore, a sudden lightning strike set a coconut tree ablaze. Alerted by local residents, the fire department swiftly responded to the scene and successfully doused the fire. Thankfully, no casualties were reported in the incident, and the quick response averted further damage.
