AIADMK Candidate Singai Ramachandran Participates in the Varatharajapuram Mariamman Temple Festival

In Coimbatore, at the Varatharajapuram Mariamman Temple, Singai Ramachandran danced around the pole as part of the annual festival.


Coimbatore: The Varatharajapuram Mariamman Temple in Singanallur, Coimbatore, is buzzing with activity as the annual temple festival attracts hundreds of devotees who partake in various traditional rituals. Carrying firepots and lifting palanquins are normal sights here. Daily festivities include ritualistic dance around the pole.


During this year's events, held on May 16, AIADMK candidate for Coimbatore Parliamentary constituency, Singai Ramachandran, participated zealously. He was seen dancing around the pole holding a firepot, immersed in devotion. This incident was prominently shared on his Facebook page.
