GKNM Hospital Hosts Nationally Acclaimed Live Intraoperative Echocardiography Workshop

G.Kuppusamy Naidu Memorial Hospital is set to host the second edition of the National Level Live Intraoperative Echocardiography Workshop on May 25, 2024, featuring leading experts and advanced medical technology.



Coimbatore: On May 25, 2024, G.Kuppusamy Naidu Memorial Hospital (GKNMH) will be the venue for the prestigious second edition of the National Level Live Intraoperative Echocardiography Workshop. This workshop is unique in its focus on Intraoperative Transesophageal Echocardiography, a vital tool in cardiac surgery.

More than 150 delegates, including Cardiac Anaesthesiologists, Cardiologists, and Cardiac Surgeons from across the country, have confirmed their attendance. Participants hail from Delhi, Surat, Mohali, Bilaspur, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Cochin, Chennai, Vellore, Madurai, and Trichy.

The workshop will feature eminent specialists such as Dr. Chandrasekaran from the USA, Dr. Muralidhar Kanchi from Bangalore, Dr. C. Kumar from Chennai, and Dr. Deepak Borde from Mumbai, who will guide the proceedings. The workshop will employ advanced 3D Transesophageal Echo Probes and the latest Echocardiography Machines to conduct three major heart surgeries, demonstrating both preoperative and postoperative echocardiographic findings.
