Pleasant Evening Drizzle Brings Joy to Coimbatore Residents

Coimbatore experiences a delightful evening drizzle that brings relief from the recent heatwave, covering areas like Gandhipuram, Railway Station, Town Hall, and Ukkadam.


Coimbatore: After a week of intense heat that had been tormenting the residents following no impact from Agni Nakshatram rain, Coimbatore finally received a much-anticipated relief with a pleasant evening shower. Starting around 4 PM, cloudy skies and cool breezes began setting a calming scene across various parts of the city, abruptly bringing down the day's intense heat.

By 7 PM, light drizzles started in areas including Gandhipuram, Railway Station, Town Hall, and Ukkadam, much to the pleasure of the locals. Commuters returning home could be seen happily walking with umbrellas, enjoying the much-needed break from the scorching sun.

The drizzle not only cooled down the temperature but also created a comfortable and soothing atmosphere, marking a delightful end to the day for many. Residents expressed their happiness as the evening air turned refreshing after the recent oppressive heat, bringing a sense of relief and joy across Coimbatore.
