'We would paint black on all Dravida Inscriptions, if Hindi letters in milestones are targeted', says Arjun Sampath

Arjun Sampath, Chief of Hindu Makkal Katchi met the press today to put-forth his party's views on the on-going farmers' protest in New Delhi and the cancellation of RK Nagar elections.

'The farmers' protesting in New Delhi should actually be hosting their protests before the residences of DMK and AIADMK Chiefs. In that case, Hindu Makkal Katchi would render the farmers' full support and also join their protests. Presently, the farmers' protesting in New Delhi are provoked by Ayyakannu to bring defame to PM, Narendra Modi. Ayyakannu is staging this protest to gain popularity and ultimately click a picture of himself with the PM' alleged Arjun Sampath

When questioned about the cancellation of RK Nagar elections, Arjun Sampath said, 'Regarding the RK Nagar Elections, it is unjust on the part of the election commission to cancel the elections because of the corrupt behavior of AIADMK and DMK parties.

It is evident that AIADMK and DMK parties were involved in bribing people to vote for money, hence the election commission should disqualify both the parties from contesting and continue to conduct the elections. Hence, cancellation of the election in total is highly unjustifiable and condemnable.

In the recent times, the Dravida Kalagam people are involved in painting in black all Hindi words marked on milestones to assist the tourists to identify places in South India. We highly condemn their act and also urge the police to initiate action against those who were indulged in such acts. We also warn them that if they continue to do so, Hindu Makkal Katchi would engage in doing the same to all inscriptions relating to Dravida parties'. said Arjun Sampath.
