Coimbatore: The Karpagam Academy of Higher Education commemorated the 78th Independence Day with a grand celebration on its campus, fostering a spirit of patriotism among students and staff. The event was marked by flag hoisting, a march past parade, and inspiring speeches that highlighted the significance of the day.

The celebration commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. Nivetha, a student of the institution. Her words set the tone for the patriotic fervor that permeated the entire event.



K. Murugaiah, Chief Executive Officer of Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, had the honor of hoisting the National Flag. This solemn act was followed by the commencement of the march past parade, showcasing the discipline and unity of the students.



The highlight of the event was the Independence Day address by Dr. B. Venkatachalapathy, Vice Chancellor of the institution. In his speech, Dr. Venkatachalapathy emphasized the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by great leaders in the struggle for independence.
