Pykara falls in Ooty resuming back to it's beauty!

Following the intermittent summer showers in the District of Nilgiris, the parched greenery is slowly regaining the lost beauty. The Pykara falls that is 19 kms from Ooty is one of the most sought after place by the tourists.

Nearly after two months of complete dryness, water has begun to flow in the falls which has made several tourists camp at the location and spend their day amidst flowing water and greenery. However, the tourists are prohibited to take bath in the water body due to the rocky structures and unpredictability of increase in water flow, at any part of the day.
