'Only car was robbed not cash', says complainants of 3 crore 90 lakhs robbery case

The 3 crore 90 lakhs robbery case at the L&T Road, near Madukkarai is currently under the investigation by the two special teams formed under SP, Ramyabharathi and DSP Krishnamoorthy.

The traders initially reported that some strangers impersonating as cops had swindled their cash worth Rs. 3 crore 90 lakhs and also their Car (Nissan car). But now, they have backtracked by reporting that only their car had gone missing and not the cash. The obfuscate statements made by the traders has alerted the police to check for any foul plays in the incident. 

However, the missing car has been traced at Kunnam, (near Kottayam) Kerala. Presently, the car is under the custody of Madukkarai Police.
