Upon receiving a tip-off, on trade of pirated DVD's around Ukkadam and Big Bazaar Street, Ukkadam Police led by Sub-Inspector Rajendran conducted a massive raid in the said area.
During the raid, the team found that Jiyaudeen (33) was selling pirated DVD's of new movies at his CD shop in Ukkadam. The police confiscated the CD's and DVD's and arrested the offender.
