Lok Adalat in Tirupur - 323 cases resolved

A special people's court event was held in Tirupur district on Saturday. Out of these, 1625 cases were taken up for hearing and 323 cases were disposed of promptly and a sum of Rs. 17,71,07,067 was received as compensation.



Tirupur: As many as 323 cases were resolved immediately at the People's Court event held in Tirupur district on Saturday.

A special Lok Adalat was held in seven sessions in the courts in Tirupur district on Saturday. Principal District Judge Swarnam J Natarajan presided over the function and inaugurated the Special Lok Adalat at the Combined Court Complex on Palladam Road in Tirupur. 



The case of 1625 was taken up for hearing in a special people's court which was held for seven sessions.

Of these, 323 cases have been resolved and compensation worth Rs 17,71,77,677 has been received.
