Corporation tax collection centres will remain open on weekends too till March 31 - CCMC Commissioner

Coimbatore : The Corporation Commissioner, Dr K Vijayakarthikeyan announced in a recent release that tax collection centres in the district will remain open on Saturdays and Sundays too, from January 19 till March 31.


Coimbatore : The Corporation Commissioner, Dr K Vijayakarthikeyan announced in a recent release that tax collection centres in the district will remain open on Saturdays and Sundays too, from January 19 till March 31.

This is to help the public pay their taxes such as land tax, water tax and property tax for the second half of the year. 

"Offices in all the five zones will stay open from 8 am till 3 pm, and people should make use of this to pay their taxes. Building owners who have dues should pay them since suspension of water connection and other legal action will be taken if they fail to do so," noted the release.
