Coimbatore Race course to get increased security with Additional CCTV Cameras!

Assistant Commissioner Suresh Kumar presided over the meeting in Coimbatore's Race Course area to hear the public's complaints. In response to public demand, the city police promised that extra CCTV cameras would be put in the area, as well as barricades.


Coimbatore: Additional CCTV cameras will be put in the race course area, according to the city police.

On the directives of Commissioner of officers Balakrishnan, officers have increased surveillance on major routes and habitations around Coimbatore city, and have been directed to listen to residents' complaints.



The police, led by Assistant Commissioner Suresh Kumar, talked with the residents of the apartment on Race Course GT Road in Coimbatore based on this. They then inquired about the challenges and needs that existed there.



Race Course Raghunath presented a memorandum to the police on behalf of the residents of the area. Additional CCTV cameras should be installed in the race course area, and parking should be made available due to a parking problem. The requests, which included imposing time limits on pedestrians in the race track area, were reaffirmed.

Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner Suresh Kumar stated that suitable action will be taken in response to the public's demands. Parking arrangements will be made immediately using CCTV cameras and barricades.
