Shocking CCTV footage of a gold bangle heist committed by three women in Dharapuram!

Three women visited Daya Gold, a gold jewellery shop near the Amaravathi Statue in Dharapuram. After they looked at the jewellery, they said they were buying dollars and looked at some bangles and left the shop nicely. When the shop owner went to stack the gold bangles he had shown them in the showcase, he realised two bangles weighing 12 grams were missing.



Coimbatore: Daya has a gold jewellery shop named Daya Gold near the Amaravathi statue in Dharapuram, Tirupur district.

On Wednesday at 3 p.m., three women came to the jewellery shop and looked at the goods, saying they were buyers of dollars. We didn't like the dollars and asked the jeweller to show us the bangles.



The jeweller showed him two gold bangles weighing 12 grams. At that time, one of the three women was wearing gold bangles on her hand.

The two women had asked the shop staff to show the bangles in a different design. The jeweller had been showing other gold bangles kept in the showcase for the same.



At the same time, a woman wearing gold bangles exited the store gently. The two women who remained did not like any of the models.



They said that and exited the shop gently. When the gold bangles showcased by the shop owner were stacked in the showcase after the three women left, only two gold bangles weighing 12 grams were missing.

Shocked, the shop owner examined the CCTV footage installed in the shop.

It was then revealed that the three had defrauded the owner of the jewellery store and stolen the gold bangles.

Following this, he went in search of three women involved in the theft, but they were nowhere to be found.

After that, he posted CCTV footage of gold bangles being stolen from his shop on social media and captioned"Beware of jewellers, three women have stolen gold bangles from our jewellery shop.

The video has now gone viral on social media in Dharapuram.

The owner of the gold jewellery shop is being interrogated in person by the Dharapuram Crime Branch police.
