'Should our lives end in Platforms?', Kuruva Community people plea to Collector.

The people belonging to the Kuruva Community who stay in the platform along the platforms of Gandhi park have made a fervent plea to the District Collector seeking a permanent shelter for them.

 

A group of 25 people in their petition have urged that life has become real hard for them as they have stay in the platforms amidst heat, dust, rain etc., And, their Children are unable to pursue basic school education because of this issue. 'Several pleas have been put-forth to provide us a permanent shelter but still we continue to suffer miserably', said the petition.
