Casa Grande is a Chennai-based Real Estate Enterprise with projects in Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai. K.R.Anerudan, one of the Founder and Managing Director of this real estate company was arrested today in Chennai under charges of cheating.
It has been reported that Anerudan has failed to pay the said amount to Kulasekaran, the land owner of one of his project at Perunkudi, Chennai. Also, it is alleged that Anerudan has faked the documents and transferred the documents under his name illegally and failed to pay Kulasekaran the agreed amount.
A complaint was lodged on him by Kulasekaran to the Chennai Police Commissioner. On investigation, the Central Crime Branch, Chennai found that Anerudan was involved in malpractice and has deceived the complainant upto Rs. 20 crores, attracting criminal charges.
