Charter day celebrations for Rotary club of Coimbatore SMART CITY

The Rotary club of Coimbatore SMARTCITY presented Vocational Excellence AWARD to Manimekalai Mohan of SSVM institutions. President Rtn Aparna Sunku and Secretary Rtn Chirag Vohra were commended for their work.


Coimbatore: In the presence of Rotary District Governor Rajmohan Nair, Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore V Balakrishnan, eminent speaker and entrepreneur Sister Kothai, and others, the Rotary club of Coimbatore SMARTCITY celebrated Charter Day on April 4 at the ITC hotel Race course and presented the VOCATIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD to Manimekalai Mohan of SSVM institutions.



The Rotary club of Coimbatore SMARTCITY President Rtn Aparna Sunku & Secretary Rtn Chirag Vora were commended for their commendable work, and the dignitaries were pleased with the choice of awardee. The group was welcomed by President Aparna Sunku, who also gave a report on the club's recent four years' worth of initiatives.

Rotary 3201 District Governor Rajmohan Nair explained the significance and importance of the Vocational Excellence Award and congratulated the club on selecting the most deserving individual for the same. Manimekalai Mohan was given a crown by President Aparna Sunku and a Citation was presented by Commissioner of Police V Balakrishnan IPS in appreciation of her Excellence in work.



Police Commissioner V Balakrishnan IPS praised the SSVM institutions' standard of instruction, Madam Manimekalai's contribution to influencing the futures of thousands of students, and the meticulous upkeep and maintenance of the institutions.

Krishna Kumari Sister Kothai led everyone on a voyage to learn how to achieve excellence in life. The founding members of the Coimbatore SMARTCITY Rotary Club sliced a cake to commemorate Charter Day.
