Deputy Mayor R.Vetrichelvan Casts His Vote in Coimbatore

Deputy Mayor R.Vetrichelvan participated in the Lok Sabha elections by casting his vote early today at B.K.Pudur Primary School, under Ward 92 of Coimbatore Municipal Corporation.


Coimbatore: Voting for the Lok Sabha elections began at 7 AM today across 102 constituencies in 21 states. As a part of this phase, residents queued up early to fulfill their democratic duty. In Coimbatore, many voters were seen waiting in long lines to cast their ballots. Among them was Coimbatore's Deputy Mayor, R.Vetrichelvan, who voted at B.K.Pudur Primary School, representing Ward 92 of the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. The polling station witnessed steady voter turnout as citizens eagerly participated in the electoral process.


The Deputy Mayor expressed his satisfaction over the smooth conduct of the polling and urged all eligible voters to participate. "It is essential for everyone to exercise their right to vote," he said, highlighting the importance of every single vote in shaping democracy.
