Volunteers Called for Field Work in Pillayarpuram, Coimbatore

Coimbatore: The Kovai Kulangal Padhukappu Amaippu has issued a call for volunteers to participate in a field work initiative aimed at maintaining tree saplings in Pillayarpuram, which falls under the Madukkarai Forest Range.

The field work is scheduled to take place on July 21, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. During this time, volunteers will be engaged in the upkeep of tree saplings that were previously planted by the association.

This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts by the Kovai Kulangal Padhukappu Amaippu to enhance the green cover in the region and protect local water bodies. The association has been actively involved in various environmental conservation projects across Coimbatore.
